How can my spouse be added to my EB-5 case after the I-526 approval?

I had my EB-5 I-526 approved in April 2023, when I was married. I still cannot file for my I-485 as Final Action Date is not current in Chart A of the Visa Bulletin but I qualify as per Chart B. When my priority date becomes current, I will file for my I-485. I filed I-526 only under my name and I am currently on F-1 STEM OPT and my OPT EAD expires early next year. My question is, what is the best way for my spouse to apply for her conditional green card as well based on my application if she is currently not in the US and does not have a valid US visa?

She will need a nonimmigrant visa and be in status and then she can file an I-485 with you. Otherwise you will need to wait until you get your conditional residence, (file the I-824 with the I-485) and then she can begin the consular process to join you.
