How long does it usually take for USCIS to send an EB-5 case to NVC after RFE approval?

I received a Request for Evidence from USCIS in March 2023. I sent them the documents the next month and they approved my RFE. How much after such approval is USCIS expected to send my EB-5 case to NVC?

What matters is the I-526 approval, not the RFE approval. After I-526 the forwarding time varies greatly. If you do not have an NVC number after 60 days, I usually follow up with NVC.

This process can be quite frustrating as the time varies significantly - it can take anywhere from a few weeks to numerous months (four or more). I recommend following up with the NVC and USCIS consistently to make sure the approval is forwarded to the NVC.

That is a difficult question; sometimes months, sometimes years. We have had to file mandamus in some cases. And it is only an email. If there is no waiting line, hopefully only a few weeks.
