My EB-5 petition was approved on December 20. It has already been more then 5 months and USCIS still hasn”t transferred my case to NVC. How long does USCIS takes to transfer the case to NVC? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyNowadays, due to COVID and everything grinding down to a halt, perhaps a year ...perhaps longer. Only thing that has worked is Mandamus.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyNothing seems to be working; you can email IPO but they pretty much ignore this type of email. One could file a mandamus action but that is pretty sad; it doesn''t seem to make sense to do so but if speed is important, there may be no other option.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyImmigrant petition transfers from the USCIS are delayed, but more than five months is too long. You can email the NVC and request that they follow with USCIS on the file transfer.
