I have an approved petition of Direct EB-5 which was sent to NVC last month, however I received an email from NVC stating pilot program expired and they will not act on my petition. Apparently they took my case as regional center by mistake.
What should we do now? We tried to contact the NVC but got no response.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyYou can call NVC and tell them your petition is for a direct. However, this point is moot as the RC program was reauthorized last week.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyHave your attorney submit a case inquiry to change the case to direct EB-5. NVC takes time to respond and generally should respond within 2-4 weeks.
