How does an EB-5 application get impacted by the regional center being terminated?

The EB-5 regional center I invested in was terminated shortly after RIA came into effect, but I have not heard back from USCIS so far. Would my application be canceled because of this? Would they still process my application, or will I be rejected directly? In that case, what happens to the investment?

You need to look into options to redeploy and communicate with the Regional Center on a refund.
