I am an EB-5 (I-5 type) visa applicant. I paid the fee in full, completed DS-260 and submitted civil documents to NVC five months ago. So far, I have not received a “documentarily qualified” confirmation e-mail from NVC. I have sent them two inquiries but only received automatic responses. Is there any other way to know about my current case status? How can I follow up?
