We have received the I-130 form approval. And we received a letter that the EB-5 case was in NAV and an explanation of how to fill out the DS-260 form. But the person for whom the form was submitted is in the US on a B-2 visa. If we send a package of documents and the I-485 form, will this automatically transfer my case back to USCIS? In that case, should I inform NAV and how? Which is a faster process, DS-260 or I-485? What would you advise in this situation?
