My EB-2 NIW case was approved in October 2023. It has been three months but my case has still not been submitted to NVC by USCIS. What could be the problem? Is this the norm? I have tried to email USCIS multiple times but have not heard back. Is there a better way to contact them?

Find the Best EB5 Visa LawyersWhen a petition is approved, USCIS is supposed to transmit the case to NVC. However, like every other application process, some officers are fast and some are slow. The normal time for sending the case to NVC recently has been 2-3 months.
