Do I need to explain the source of funds for repayment of loan taken for EB-5 investment

I am planning to take loans from a few friends in the US to fund my EB-5 investment as my personal funds in my home country, though entirely legal, are not easily explainable from USCIS standards relating to the source and path of funds. I plan to repay my friends from these funds immediately after submitting the I-526E petition. Is there any risk in this course of action? Would I be asked by USCIS, at any stage, to explain the source and path of funds used to repay the loan taken for EB-5 investment?

Very risky-must be good faith loans and these loans do not make sense. Best to use secured loans.
