What is the direct EB-5 processing time for Indian nationals?

I am from India and filed an EB-5 application in Dec-21. What reasonable processing time I can assume for I-526 approval in the given situation wherein RC cases are not getting processed? My source of income is super clean and absolutely traceable.

You may track published processing times at uscis.gov but overall it is 2-2.5 years on average. Some direct EB-5 cases fall through in 10-18 months.

I would not expect a significant increase in processing time unless your I-526 petition has received a formal USCIS expedite. I would assume a two year processing time at the minimum.

Current processing time is at least 2 to 2,5 years.

You can check the CIS website for processing times. If the visa is backlogged, the processing times will be much longer.
