I am from India and filed an EB-5 application in Dec-21. What reasonable processing time I can assume for I-526 approval in the given situation wherein RC cases are not getting processed? My source of income is super clean and absolutely traceable.

I would not expect a significant increase in processing time unless your I-526 petition has received a formal USCIS expedite. I would assume a two year processing time at the minimum.
You can check the CIS website for processing times. If the visa is backlogged, the processing times will be much longer.
Current processing time is at least 2 to 2,5 years.
