How long does an USCIS ombudsman inquiry take in a direct EB-5 case?

My Eb-5 direct investment petition was approved in December 2020, however USCIS still has not moved the file to NVC. After running out all the avenues to reach out to USCIS to move the file including the congressman and Senator, I have filed an Ombudsman inquiry in November 2021 to move the file to NVC. We still not have heard anything from the Ombudsman. Typically how long does Ombudsman take to respond to such inquiry? What else can I do?

The ombudsman takes about 3 months and they rarely, if ever, get anything accomplished. It is almost a complete waste of time. I am not sure why IPO is foot-dragging so much on these simple issues. There are three things you can do: ask IPO, ask NVC, and file a mandamus. It seems frustrating one has to file a mandamus but the IPO operations seems to be more chaotic than ever, and transferring files seems to be a big problem for the IPO.
