Could my in-laws be part of my EB-5 visa application?

I am interested in understanding which family members are eligible to be included and what rights they will have if the application is successful. In particular, do my in-laws count as family and be part of my application?

No, only spouse and unmarried child under 21 can be included.

Your in-laws will need to make a separate investment if they wish to seek an EB-5 visa. Unlike other countries’ CBI or golden visa programs, this is not available for the EB-5 Program. When your spouse becomes a U.S. citizen one day, your spouse could petition for her parents as immediate relatives. This means that there is no waiting line (absent processing times) for your in-laws to immigrate here.

No but they can do their own. Only spouse and minor children can be included as derivatives.

No, your in-laws cannot be beneficiaries in your application. An EB-5 investor can include their spouse and unmarried children under 21 as beneficiaries.
