Could I use gift money for the EB-5 visa?

If I use gift money would I still be able to get the EB-5 visa? The money is from my uncle.

    Yes, gifted funds are permissible for EB-5 investment, but the person making the gift must demonstrate the lawful source of the gifted funds.

    Yes, but it should be an irrevocable gift, not a loan unless you can secure the loan with your own personal assets be documented, and show the source of funds.

    Investment funds received as a gift are permitted to be used under the EB-5 program. However, the applicant will need to include an explanation of how the giftor earned the funds as part of their EB-5 application to the USCIS.
