Could I create ten jobs that last longer than 2 years?

Must all the jobs be created within the minimum sustainment period of 2 years? Or could it be created within a longer period, say, 5 years or more?

All the jobs do not need to be created withing the minimum two years sustainment period.

The JCE can create sufficient ten jobs within a reasonable time after filing I-829, so it is not a must to create within the two years’ sustainment period or during the conditional green card. However, 5 years may not be a reasonable time.

From the date of investment to the end of conditional residence is close to 4 - 5 years, and all of that is your job creation period.
