Must all the jobs be created within the minimum sustainment period of 2 years? Or could it be created within a longer period, say, 5 years or more?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe JCE can create sufficient ten jobs within a reasonable time after filing I-829, so it is not a must to create within the two years’ sustainment period or during the conditional green card. However, 5 years may not be a reasonable time.
