I’m trying to understand the new EB-5 rules to invest in an EB-5 project since 2022. I understand there were changes to the TEAs and minimum investment amounts. Are these changes settled, or will there be new modifications once the program is renewed in a few years? Because I see the fees changed, and if they increase again, that is something that troubles me.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe amount of investment auto-increases based on CPI. Hopefully, we will not see more fee increases for a while. If you are thinking about doing EB-5, you would be smart to file as soon as possible.
