Could a direct rural HUA EB-5 project be processed faster?

It seems investor petitions belonging to regional centers’ rural HUA projects are being processed faster than other categories. If I choose to pursue the direct investment route, start a business in a rural area, and submit an I-526 form, do you think it will be processed faster as well, just like other regional center rural area petitions?

Faster processing should be expected. Direct investment requires multiple steps to prepare the case. Consult an experienced EB-5 immigration attorney with business law expertise.

The RIA directed USCIS to prioritize all rural I-526/E petitions.

Yes, I would expect faster processing.
