I am exploring a business opportunity through a direct investment in a rural area for an EB-5 visa. I understand that the minimum investment required is $800,000 due to the location being a TEA. However, I’m considering investing more than the minimum amount. This would give me a larger stake in the business, but I’m unsure if this could impact my visa application.
