I am on an H1b visa and am working for a US based employer.
I am interested in the EB-5 direct investment route. But, as per the rules, I cannot work for anyone else. How can I start my own business and make the required investments for direct EB-5?

Immigration attorneysOne option is if you have an E-2 treaty country passport you can have your own business. If you do not have an E-2 country passport, then you can often obtain one via investment and then apply for your E-2 visa.
