Can working beyond my EAD expiration hurt my EB-2 application?

I accidentally worked 3 weeks after the expiration date of my EAD card. Does this affect my I-485 form application for an EB-2 visa?

Yes, unauthorized employment, even for just 3 weeks, can make you ineligible for US Legal Permanent Residency (Green Card) and that is a question on the Form I-485 so it is a relevant concern.
I would advise speaking to an immigration attorney if you have not already retained one.

Yes, it is working without authorization. If you have an adjustment pending though and filed for EAD renewal timely you gat an automatic 540 day extension.
