Can part-time jobs count towards EB-5 visa job creation requirements?

Do part-time jobs count as well? What if those part-time jobs turn into full-time jobs?

Yes IF 2 or more part-time empoyees'' time working exceeds 35 hours AND each PT employee has the SAME job to fill. A PT bartender may not link to a PT waiter to comply. A receptionist may join with another receptionist for the same employer and the same job title.

No. To be counted for EB-5 purposes, jobs must be full time.

Part-time jobs do not count, but two or more people may share a full-time position.

No, part-time jobs do not count, unless they are part of a "job sharing" arrangement. Otherwise, a full-time job must be for 35 hours a week.
