EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes IF 2 or more part-time empoyees'' time working exceeds 35 hours AND each PT employee has the SAME job to fill. A PT bartender may not link to a PT waiter to comply. A receptionist may join with another receptionist for the same employer and the same job title.
