Can my daughter travel with a valid AP and pending I-485?

My daughter has an EAD card and Advance Parole (AP) valid for 5 years, until 2029. The most recent I-94 in her passport indicates an “Admit Until” date of November 2025. What does it mean? What will happen to her status after this date? Additionally, the AP document states that parole lasts one year from the date of entry. Her I-526 has already been approved. If her I-485 application is not processed by November 2025, what happens then?

She can travel according to the dates on her advance parole (2029) unless the I-485 is denied for any reason.

As long as her Advanced Parole is valid, she can travel while her I-485 is pending. The I-94 will reset once she exits the U.S. and re-enters using her Advanced Parole, which will reflect as "DA" for Deferred Action in her updated I-94.
There is no need to worry about her I-94 expiring in November 2025 because she has a pending I-485, which protects her, as well as a valid work and travel permit.

Your lawyer should be explaining this to you. And if they are not, pay for a different and responsive attorney.
