Can I get a B2 visa to visit my children while my EB-5 visa is reviewed? Will they approve my B-2 visa? Could I bring take my other child with me (he is 19 years old), and stay in the U.S. until my EB-5 is approved?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf you have a legitimate B-2 visitor intent, you may be able to visit while your case is in process but if you plan to bring your 19-year old in on a tourist visa with intent to file an adjustment later that can be problematic.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyA B should be approved if you have strong ties to the home country – home, job, family etc. Depending on your country of origin and Eb5 visa category, you might be able to wait out the I-526 processing in the US. Consult with an attorney.
