Can I get a B2 visa to visit my children while my EB-5 visa is reviewed? Will they approve my B-2 visa? Could I bring take my other child with me (he is 19 years old), and stay in the U.S. until my EB-5 is approved?

Immigration attorneysYes, you can enter the United States on a B-2 visa while your I-526 is pending. Whether your B-2 visa will be approved it would depend on if you qualify for it. Among the requisites you need to show is sufficient ties to your home country that will compel you to leave the United States after your temporary stay.
When you enter the United States with a B-2 visa you should have the intent to leave the country after a short visit.

Immigration attorneysIf you have a legitimate B-2 visitor intent, you may be able to visit while your case is in process but if you plan to bring your 19-year old in on a tourist visa with intent to file an adjustment later that can be problematic.

Immigration attorneysA B should be approved if you have strong ties to the home country – home, job, family etc. Depending on your country of origin and Eb5 visa category, you might be able to wait out the I-526 processing in the US. Consult with an attorney.
