My understanding is that it will take years to get the EB-5 visa. I am fortunate to have the funds to invest in an EB-5 investment, but I would like to take the opportunity while I can live and work in the US to study a master’s degree at an US university. Is that possible?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you are lawfully in the US, you may be eligible to do concurrent filing and most schools will accept you once your case is filed. You also get a work permit after about 6 months. If not lawfully in the US and abroad, you would have to apply for a student visa and meet all legal requirements.
