Can I move anywhere in the U.S. after EB-5 concurrent filing?

I am currently on an H1B visa; I want to know if I can live anywhere, change state after I file the concurrent filing for EB-5, or do I still have to comply with the rules of H1B?

After you filed the adjustment you can let your H-1B go.

It’s up to you whether you maintain your H1B status. You are not required to assuming you properly filed I526E/I485.
