Can I get my investment back after getting an EB-5 visa?

I am waiting for my I-526 petition to get approved. It has been three years since I have transferred my money to the regional center. The jobs have already been created for more than 10 persons and been maintained for these three years. If I am granted a EB-5 visa, should I wait for another two years before getting my money back? The contract with the reginal center states than I can get the money back after three years from the date of investment.
