Can I concurrently file with EB-5 if I filed an I-485 with EB-2?

I recently received my conditional green card based on my EB-5 priority date of June 2019. I have to file an I-829 in early 2026 to get a permanent green card. I also have an EB2 priority date of September 2014 (India) and filed the I-485 a couple of years ago. If my priority date becomes current on the EB2, can I receive a permanent green card on the already filed EB-2 I-485?

You would have to surrender your EB-5 based green card and then consular process for your EB-2 green card.

You can have multiple green card petitions pending as well as multiple adjustment of status applications pending. You can only use one to receive your green card.

Only if you withdraw the conditional green card that you have.
