My family has been waiting for USCIS to adjudicate our I-829 for 9+ years now. So far, we have not heard a peep from USCIS, no RFE or NOID letter, either. I heard about this “mandamus” lawsuit that supposedly can force the USCIS to make a decision on our I-829 case. What is a “mandamus,” and how can I do it?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyMandamus is a lawsuit in Federal court indicating USCIS has taken an unreasonable amount of time and requesting the Court to force them to take action. You will need to show your pattern of trying to get them to act during these 9 years.
