Could I study an MA degree once I start my EB-5 application? Or must I wait until my I-516 form is approved and before I remove conditions to start my graduate degree? Would studying change my U.S. immigration status?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you are applying in the United States for your green card, when you can start studying will depend on your current nonimmigrant status. If you are here as a tourist, then we should wait for your employment authorization card to arrive so that you do not violate your status. There are some exemptions due to some minor violations of status, but that is best discussed in a separate meeting.
