I have an approved I-526E and have been DQ’d since May. My petition is consular, and I will have my interview in London. I know two people who applied to EB-5 before the RIA, got DQ a month or two after me and got their interview letters at the same embassy in London. And yet, I have not gotten mine. Is there any reason why the State Department is not scheduling interviews for post-RIA applicants?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysBecause they have been particularly slow. The U.S. consulate in China is just starting to schedule now.
