WHO CAN QUALIFY FOR THE 526 BADGE?
To qualify for the award, the regional centers have been verified by a third-party immigration attorney who has represented a client with an approved 526 petition via an investment in the regional center.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE AWARD?
To nominate your regional center for the award, please fill out this form. To qualify, you need to have an approved I-526 petition verified by a third party immigration attorney.
