The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approves I-956F forms for Regional Center EB-5 projects throughout the year, which are significant milestones in the EB-5 process.
Since July, an impressive number of investments have been authorized in less than six months, showcasing a remarkable enhancement from the previous average processing time of 12-30 months. This positive change can be attributed to implementing the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA).

- Canam Enterprises’ second phase of its Rural Broadband EB-5 project in Northern New England and its Rural Multi-Family Residential project in Lebanon, New Hampshire, were both approved in less than two months. The first phase of the Rural Broadband project was approved four months after the application was filed.
- CMB Regional Centers’ Group 89 – Hillwood City Creek distribution facility project in Thornton, Colorado, in just over one month.
- CMB Regional Centers’ Group 90 – Hillwood Treeline project in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, was processed in eight months.
- EB5AN’S Bay Creek Rural Senior EB-5 Loan Project, in a rural TEA in Cape Charles, Virginia, was approved in 2.7 months.
- EB5AN’s ONE Tampa luxury condominium tower in an urban HUA in downtown Tampa, Florida, was approved in 3 months.
- EB5 Capital’s Steamboat Springs Marriott Hotels (JF40) dual-branded Marriott hotel project atop Steamboat Mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, was approved in 2 months.
- EB5 Energy’s Anadarko Super Basin project, a rural investment in the oil capital of Oklahoma, was approved in eight months.
- First Pathway’s Kaia by Outdoor Citizen rural project was approved in under five months.
- Paraprin Capital’s Mammoth Obsidian luxury townhomes in a rural TEA in Mammoth Mountain, California.
- Peachtree Group’s TownePlace Suites hotel development in a High Unemployment Area (HUA) in Palmdale, CA, was approved in less than one year.
- Pine State Regional Center’s HYBAR Terminals, the second phase of the Rural TEA rebar steel mill project in Northeast Arkansas, was approved in less than ten weeks.
- Real One Invest’s EB-5 project in Lexington, Frisco.
- Wright Goforth’s Aspen Base resort project in downtown Aspen, California, was approved in five months.

- Behring Regional Center’s RISE project, part of the BRC Legacy Partners LP (Legacy Fund), for student housing for UC Berkeley students and workforce housing in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- First Pathway’s KAIA by Outdoor Citizen project in a Rural TEA in Kanab, Utah, was approved in under five months.
- Civitas Capital Group’s Third Street Promenade Santa Monica project in California.
- The CMB Regional Centers’ Group 86 – Gable House Apartments project in Torrance, California, was approved in under five months.
- EB5AN’s Snake River Sporting Club rural EB-5 project in Jackson, Wyoming.
- Gadde Hidden Hills Vistas project in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
- HomeFed Corporation’s 3rd Otay Ranch (Côta Vera 2 Project) master-planned community in Chula Vista, California, was approved in only six months.
- Houston EB5’s The Frederick hotel-residential-commercial EB-5 project in Fredericksburg, Texas.
- State Wide EB-5’S Waterloo Park Hotel, located in a HUA in Austin TX, was approved in seven months.
