With the new selection process and other H-1B program adjustments, will USCIS hold only one lottery per year going forward? It used to be twice a year. I plan to apply for an H-1B once I graduate next year, and I would like to know how many chances I will have.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt has been once a year as long as I can remember. I just hope they hold one lottery as they are planning to tack on very high fees to the employers.
