If I were to apply for the Gold Card while I am already living in the US on another visa, pay the $15,000 fee, but withdraw after making the $1 million donation, would I get a refund? I do not see anything about this on the website for this visa. Is there more information available now that one gold card has been approved?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe Gold card is a policy directive that may ultimately be revoked or found to be unlawful. It is a donation to the United States Government. We are not recommending it at this time.
