I understand the program ends in September this year. Is September 30 the realdeadline? How earlier than that should I apply? How long should it take to prepare my application?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt ends on September 30, 2027, but grandfathering protection ends September 2026. If you in the US and eligible, the time to apply is yesterday.
