My I-526 B priority date is October 2024, after filing an HUA project. I started with a partial investment and have completed the $800k. Yet, our application is still pending an answer. Can I file a Writ of Mandamus (WoM) as a group with rural-based investors? I appreciate your response.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysNo, you can't file a Writ of Mandamus because it is not a tool to correct USCIS's error, and based on your timeline, USCIS has not been at fault anyway.
