How long does it take for USCIS to process the conditional visa after the biometrics appointment for the I-485? The USCIS online case tracker currently says my fingerprints were taken. That was three months ago.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt still depends when the underlying petition (such as I-526E) is approved even though you have done your biometrics. I-485 will be adjudicated only after the I-526E has been approved. It will normally take about 4 - 6 months after the I-526E is approved.
