My husband and daughter will be my dependents in my EB-5 application. She is still attending high school and won’t finish in two more years. Would this be sufficient time for us to undergo the I-526 form processing and the conditional visa application? The plan is to move to the US as soon as our conditional visa is approved and complete the EB-5 process over there, allowing her to continue her undergraduate studies at an American university.
