My parents are Indian nationals and have decided to apply for the EB-5 visa. I am just starting my second year as an undergrad at Uni in the UK. By the time I get the green card, I will hopefully be starting my PhD. Would I still be able to study outside the US?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes, sure you can still study outside the U.S. after you get your green card only if you keep the U.S. as your permanent residence. It is advisable that you go back to the U.S. at least once or twice a year, or you apply for re-entry permit.
