As I budget how much money I will be spending on my EB-5 application besides the investment per se, I would like to know how much a mandamus action could cost, how long it usually takes, and whether it’s worth the expense in case my application is delayed.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysSadly, sometimes mandamus is required but hopefully not in your case. It has to be an unreasonable delay. Fees vary about can be over $10,000 especially if there is a motion to dismiss.
