Could my EB-5 temporary visa be revoked because of a minor infraction?

With this zero-tolerance policy for U.S. visa holders that just came out, I am concerned that any mistake I make while waiting for my future green card could qualify as a crime. I mean, I don’t intend to commit any crimes regardless of applying for this visa, but if I make a minor traffic infraction, or litter, or get a noise complaint that ends up in court, will that be considered enough grounds to revoke my application or, worse, my temporary visa or the green card in the end?

The crime has to be a basis for inadmissibility-this is nothing new—just more publicity.
DUI, even severe reckless with alcohol can be an issue. Don’t break the law and nothing to worry about. Noice complaint and minor traffic problems do not become an issue—avoid getting arrested as that can be a trigger.

It should not be grounds for revocation.

Your visa could not be revoked because of a minor infraction related to traffic violation because it is not related to moral turpitude.
