Is it safe to invest in the EB-5 visa now?

I have been reading quite a lot about the EB-5 visa program and find the process quite complex per se, even more so in the current times. How can I make sure my application goes through smoothly?

Yes, the program is still viable, and there are no plans to end it. Just make sure you pick a solid project or do your own project. Let us know if we can help.

You should hire an attorney. The EB5 program's benefits are unquestionable, but the risks can be multiple fold. You should have an attorney to guide you from due diligence on the EB5 program to the investment process.
I don't see the other way around.

Make sure you do your due diligence into the investment business to ensure that the required jobs are created, and hire an experienced, reputable EB-5 immigration attorney.
