My I-526 is approved, and the NVC scheduled the consular appointment after processing the application. My consular interview appointment has already been arranged, and at that time, my priority date was current. After the schedule of interview appointments at the consulate, I observed that my priority date has been retrogressed and is not current as per the April 2025 visa bulletin. Will my consular interview be conducted, and will my EB-5 visa be allocated?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf your interview has already been arranged, it should be ok and your interview should not be rescheduled.
