My original I-526 was approved a long time ago. I live in the US, with an I-829 under review. My original EB-5 investment had to be deployed to another project before the first I-526 was even approved, so another I-526 got submitted. The second I-526 was approved too (after RFE, etc.) and they are now asking me to pay fees and start with paperwork. I already live in the US and am waiting on the original I-829 approval. What is my best course of action? Should I withdraw this next I-526, and what are the implications?
