Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyYes, you can. In fact, you don''t need to be a U.S. permanent resident to be an investor. In addition, please be advised that an approval of I-526 does not grant you the conditional residency. You need to either file I-485 or go through consular processing to get a conditional green card.
