I know I-485 will not be processed until reauthorization of the EB-5 regional center program. But is USCIS still processing combo cards petitions (I-765, I-131) filed before June 30, 2021? Are biometrics taken before combo cards are issued? If yes, will biometric notice come after EB-5 is re-authorized?
What is the current expected wait time for combo card from California Service Center?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWhile USCIS has issued conflicting advice on this, in 2018 when we had the last lapse, the administration did continue to process EADs and APs. So it’s surprising to me to see the “so-called more pro-immigrant administration” take a more restrictive view than the Trump Administration. I expect they will be processing these interim benefits.
