Can EB-5 investor invest part of the required investment amount by the time of filing an I-526 and the invest the rest one year later? Can this be acceptable?

If the funds have been identified and to you making partial payments because for example your home country only allows a certain amount out annually this may be acceptable but it is highly discouraged because your investment amount must be used to create the necessary jobs. your investment must cause job creation.
