I participated in the EB-5 regional center program through the expedited approval process. It has been six months and my case is still pending. Is this waiting time normal for an expedited case? Has there been any changes to the expedited adjudication procedure since the new EB-5 criteria took effect on Nov. 21?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyExpedited cases are usually approved within six months. You may want to check with the regional center to find out when the last expedite was approved.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyExpedited processing is a discretionary thing. It is not the same as premium processing, which is guaranteed in 15 days (and not available for EB-5). Some of these expedited cases have taken three months, others about a year.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyTo my knowledge, there is only one regional center approved for expedite and they advise it is about six months currently for their I-526 approvals.
