What will happen if the Regional Center Pilot Program is not extended?

Many regional centers and EB-5 immigration lawyers are actively lobbying to have the Pilot Program become permanent. However, in the unlikely scenario of not having the program extended or made permanent, we expect that all the people who have already filed as of the termination of the program will be allowed to be processed and enter.

You should be protected if you invest through a regional center project now. It is more likely than not that the Pilot Program will be extended.
