How can a direct EB-5 project utilize indirect/induced job creation?

If someone wishes to invest directly into a running 100 bed hotel, will he be entitled to indirect and/or induced job creation? When can a direct EB-5 project utilize indirect or induced job creation?

    If the project is run by a regional center, indirect jobs will be counted; also it depends on when you make the investment. However, in the case of a direct investment, only direct jobs will be counted that have been created by your investment. Pre-existing jobs in the business will not count towards your investment.
